Terms of Service
1. Operator and agreement
These Terms govern your use of SpicyLedger. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms with the operator listed below.
2. What SpicyLedger provides
SpicyLedger is a creator earnings-tracking and analytics service. It allows users to manually record and analyze earnings, payouts, chargebacks, work time and related account information across multiple platforms. SpicyLedger is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the service to function properly. You may not use another person’s account without authorization.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan currently supports up to two active creator accounts and displays the latest three months of history. The Pro plan currently costs USD 6.99 per month and includes unlimited creator accounts, unlimited visible history and priority support. Features and pricing may change prospectively; existing paid periods will not be retroactively repriced. Applicable taxes are added to the monthly price. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments (Link). The subscription renews monthly until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed through the designated payment provider. Unless canceled, a recurring subscription renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel through the subscription-management tools provided in SpicyLedger. Access ordinarily remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use SpicyLedger in violation of applicable law.
7. Your data
You retain responsibility for the information you enter into SpicyLedger. You grant the operator the limited rights necessary to store, process and display that information solely for providing and operating the service. Do not enter creator-platform passwords or other unnecessary secrets.
8. Third-party platforms
References to third-party creator platforms are for identification and tracking purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SpicyLedger is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with those third-party platforms.
9. Availability, maintenance and changes
SpicyLedger may change, improve, temporarily suspend or discontinue features as the product evolves. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may make parts of the service temporarily unavailable. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpicyLedger is provided on an “as available” basis. Analytics depend on the data entered by users and may be incomplete or inaccurate if entries are missing or incorrect. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may permanently delete your account from Settings. If an active paid subscription exists, account deletion is intended to cancel that subscription before the account is removed. Access may also be restricted or terminated where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material violations of these Terms.
