Xentriova Holdings LLC30 North Gould Street, Suite NSheridan, WY 82801USAinfo@spicyledger.com

2. What data does SpicyLedger process?

Depending on how you use the service, SpicyLedger may process account information such as your email address, display preferences, subscription status, support requests, creator-platform account labels, earnings, payouts, chargebacks, work-time entries and related analytics data.

3. Why is this data processed?

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To provide cross-platform earnings tracking and analytics.
  • To save your preferences and subscription status.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To process paid subscriptions and manage billing.
  • To maintain the security, reliability and integrity of the service.

4. Creator-platform credentials

SpicyLedger is designed for manual tracking and does not require your creator-platform passwords. You should never enter creator-platform passwords into earnings, notes or support forms.

5. Service providers

SpicyLedger may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, email delivery and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their respective services. Payment information is handled by the payment provider rather than stored as full card details by SpicyLedger. If you choose to sign in with Google, our authentication provider Supabase receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, to create or authenticate your SpicyLedger account. SpicyLedger does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Google Drive. This sign-in does not send your recorded earnings or creator-platform entries to Google. Google also processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

6. International processing

SpicyLedger is an online service and its infrastructure or service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable law.

7. Data retention and account deletion

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Free-plan history limits affect what is visible in the product; they do not necessarily mean older stored data is immediately deleted. You can request permanent account deletion directly from Settings. Account deletion removes the user account and associated creator-tracking data, subject to information that must be retained where required by law or for legitimate dispute, fraud-prevention or billing records.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may contact the privacy address above to make a request.

9. Security

SpicyLedger uses account-based access controls and technical safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as SpicyLedger evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown above and, where appropriate, by notifying users through the service.
